The Tanque Verde High School Mock Trial program had an outstanding weekend at its annual preseason tournament, the Mock Hawk, showcasing talent, teamwork, and courtroom skill. Competing against 13 teams from six other schools, the Hawks dominated the event with a clean sweep of the top three spots. The Blue Team captured first place, the Orange Team earned second, and the Purple Team took third—an unprecedented showing of depth and excellence across the program. In addition to the team success, several Tanque Verde students were recognized for their exceptional individual performances, earning spots on the All-Tournament Team: Noah McGill, Ryder Desjardin, Hope Trask, Annike Lopez-Obrecht, Liberty Allen, and Noemi Celani. The impressive results mark a strong start to the season and highlight the dedication and preparation of the entire Mock Trial team.
