💻 TVHS Chromebook Pickup is Almost Here!
All Tanque Verde High School students will use a TVUSD-issued Chromebook while on campus. To pick up your device, both the student and parent/guardian must complete the required Chromebook Device Waiver.
📅 Pickup Dates (TVHS Library):
• July 24: 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
• July 29: 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Parents: Unless you're truly unable to attend due to being out of town or another unavoidable obligation, we ask that every family attend our New Parent Orientation. This meeting is one of the best ways to start high school off strong and will cover everything you need to know to support your Hawk this year.

We're breaking ground on additional 50–60 NEW student parking spaces by converting our former tennis courts into additional parking! 🅿️
This expansion will help ease student parking during the school day and provide much-needed parking for athletic events and fine arts performances.

Our amazing Tanque Verde High School PTSG has met its fundraising goal to build a new outdoor learning space for our students and teachers! Join us on Monday at 3:45pm for a short groundbreaking ceremony for this incredible project!!
Graduation festivities begin to tomorrow with the Graduation Parade for the Class of 2026 ! Friday, May 15th at 5:00 PM. Line the route, bring your signs, wear your green and black, and let’s show our seniors how proud we are!

Chromebook Update! While you no longer have to turn in your Chromebook for the summer, you DO have to show your laptop to the tech team at the library before summer to ensure it is refreshed and ready to go for the fall!
IMPORTANT EVENT REMINDERS THIS WEEK for SENIORS:
Please remember that tomorrow night is our annual senior declaration and honors night. All seniors should attend and bring their families with them! This event will be on the stadium field. We ask you to bring your own chairs or blankets to sit on the field where the event will take place. In the past, families have brought snacks and even dinner to enjoy with one another. Additionally, all seniors and their families are asked to wear clothing depicting the plans of the graduate for next year! (UofA t-shirt, etc...) We will do our annual roll call to announce all our seniors' future plans, and it is really fun to see them all together, excited about what the future holds!
We ask you to arrive between 6 pm and 6:45 pm to enjoy the company of your children and other families! We will start right at 7 pm.
Senior check-out forms are due on Friday! These must be completed and turned in on Friday. If students do not have this completed and/or are failing any classes needed for graduation, they will not walk at Tuesday night's graduation ceremony (no exceptions!)
Friday Afternoon is the graduate Car Parade! Make sure your senior is ready to go prior to 4:45 pm by backing into their spot in the parking lot. Decorate the car, play fun music, and enjoy! The parade will take no more than 30 minutes, and we are excited for our community to cheer them on!
