🇺🇸 Bringing American History to Life at TVHS! 🇺🇸 On September 1 from 3:30-4:30pm, Tanque Verde High School is proud to welcome the Sons and Daughters of the American Revolutionfor our annual presentation on the American Revolution! Students and guests will get an engaging, hands-on look at the people who helped shape our nation—from the young Americans who fought in the Revolution to the important roles played by women, militias, and everyday citizens. The presentation will also explore uniforms, equipment, personal stories, and the incredible challenges faced by those who fought for independence. 
We are excited to give our Hawks an opportunity to experience history beyond the textbook and build a deeper appreciation for our shared American heritage. 🇺🇸

The Hawk’s Nest is officially open for business! Our first home volleyball and football games begin TODAY, and we don’t want our families to miss out on one of the best values of the school year.

TVHS 2026–2027 Athletic Season Passes provide admission to all regular-season home athletic events throughout the entire school year:

$40 for current TVHS students
$75 for parents, family members, and other non-TVHS students

Here’s why the pass is such a great deal: individual admission is $5 per game. If you attended all of our regular-season home athletic events and paid at the gate each time, you would spend more than $185 per person over the course of the year.

With a season pass, you can come cheer on football, volleyball, basketball, soccer, wrestling, and all of our other ticketed home events without paying admission each time.

And there’s more! Our proud Athletic Department sponsor, Tanque Verde Law, has created an exclusive Hawk’s Nest fan T-shirt, included with your athletic season pass.

Our home season starts TODAY, so now is the time to grab your pass, get your Hawk’s Nest shirt, and be ready for a full year of TVHS athletics. Going to one of the games today? Your Hawk's Nest Pass gets you in on all the action!

🥫 **HELP US STOCK THE WEEKEND EATS PANTRY!** 💚

The **Tanque Verde Foundation and TVUSD** have partnered to provide food support for Tanque Verde staff and families—and now we’re asking our Hawk community to help us fill the shelves!

Throughout September, TVHS will be collecting **single-serve and individually packaged breakfast items, snacks, meals, and treats.** Even a few items can make a difference!

📍 **Donation boxes:** Room 206, the Front Office, and campus events

Grab an extra box of granola bars, oatmeal cups, ramen, mac & cheese, fruit cups, snacks, or another item from the list when you're shopping and send it our way!

Hey Hawk Fans: all-season athletic passes are now available! Due to popular demand, we will have two options this year: TVHS Student Pass for $40. This pass will grant admission into all non-postseason home games for the entire year. This pass is only available through your student's MySchoolBucks account. Once students purchase their pass, they will get a decal that goes on their student ID, allowing them to enter all home games. Everyone Else Pass for $75. This pass will grant admission into all non-postseason home games for everyone who is not a current TVHS student! This will be a virtual pass that you will buy on GoFan.com Both passes come with a Hawks Nest Spirit Shirt, compliments of our proud sponsor, Tanque Verde Law!
